When you join our list we collect the email address you submit. When you place an order, our checkout provider collects the details needed to process and ship it — name, contact details, shipping address, and payment confirmation.

We do not store full payment card numbers.

To fulfil and support your orders, to respond to your messages, and — if you signed up — to send you drop announcements and offers.

We rely on third parties to run the store: our ecommerce and payments platform for checkout and order processing, our hosting and database provider for the site and list signups, and shipping carriers for delivery. They only receive what they need to perform those services.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember preferences such as whether you've dismissed a popup, and keep the site working. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. We'll still send order-related messages.

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and customer support, and list signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll handle the request.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the store grows. The current version always lives on this page.
